Ryan Bourgon

Ryan has over 10  years experience in the construction industry. Working in the field for 6 years where he ran a successful business, he quickly turned his eye to the design and drafting side of the industry. After completing his Civil Engineering Technology diploma at Algonquin College, he challenged and completed many of the Ministry of Housing qualifications and is currently licensed under BCIN 46879 to perform design work to the public in the following categories:

With a unique understanding of the Building Permit process within the City of Ottawa, Ryan is able to produce architectural drawings which are compliant with the City of Ottawa’s specific requirements. This results in a smoother application and permit issuance process.
